Watching TV Shows on iPad

Hi

Is it possible to watch tv shows online though the iPad? I downloaded azul player but don't have a clue how it works! Any advice greatly appreciated!

I'm in the uk

Tv catchup app and filmonline app, both work well for live tv in the uk. Tvcatchup also works on 3g but filmonline is wifi only

Do the apps for the networks in the USA work in the UK, such as CW, ABC, NBC, TNT, TBS, etc. ?
