Weak signal in metal building

I have the iPhone and the iPad 2 Wifi using The Square for my credit card transactions. I have recently moved my salon to a suite in a building with a metal roof and studs. The cell signal is spotty making it hard to not only use the phone but taking credit cards. Any ideas for an inexpensive way to increase the signal?

Check out this link. I believe it hooks to the internet and brings in cell reception.


In the past, femtocells have been too expensive for widespread rollout, but femtocell maker Ubiquisys recently developed a $100 unit. AT&T also recently announced that it would offer a $150 femtocell.
