Web Browsers

I all,
I use blogger app for my blog, but sometimes I need the web access.
I use web access to format the pages etc and add embedded video, so while I'm logged in I thought I'd add blogs with recent photos.
When I use safari, I can't get access to my photos to upload into the blog.
Same goes for eBay, when on web access.
Are there any good browsers that would allow access to the camera roll, and allow me to upload.
