Website for downloading IPad 2 User manual

I would like to receive a legitimate website where I can download an IPad 2 User Guide or Manual in .pdf format that I can keep on my computer.
Every time I use the official Apple site
the page opens, and nothing happens. The bottom left corner of the screen says that information is being transferred, but absolutely nothing happens.

Help!!!
