I think N.O.V.A 2 is on sale at the mo that's a pretty decent shooter, it's not a 1st person shooter but I highly recommend warpgate that's a really good game

Currently playing Dungeon Hunter 2 and pecking away here and there at Infinity Blade.

And yes, N.O.V.A. 2 is currently on sale for $0.99! Another space game is Galaxy on Fire 2 - though not a FPS it's worth looking into. There's a lite version you can download for free.
