What privacy and or security apps do you use?

I like to ask people who have used ipads since day 1, is this thing secure?

if not what apps would you recommend if one wanted to
-browse the net privately, proxy, undetected while traveling.
(helps to see sites blocked in certain countries)
-store my login credentials data, log in credentials. (so far 1password for ipad works)
-can hackers actually see hat we do on our ipads?. (possible?)
