Where is the new iTunes?

Anyone heard anything? I'm really looking forward to purging myself of all hate, and this means I need the new iTunes.

You know, I've been delaying my iPad update to iOS 6.x (i.e. beyond 6.0) & purchase of a new iPod5 until release of a really NEW iTunes - so holding my breath @ the moment - who knows?

Do you mean a newer iTunes than was introduced with the introduction of iOS 6?

Currently running v. 10.6.x (know that there is a 10.7), BUT really waiting for a MAJOR release, i.e. iTunes 11 - a near reality or a 'pie in the sky' dream?

says coming in october, should be any day now. This is itunes 11 btw that was announced at the iphone 5 launch.

Your post reminded me to actually open my iTunes so it will tell me when/if the update is available.
