The how to jailbreak thread has Pangu links to:

windows v1.0.0 and windows v1.1.0
What is the difference and which one do I want?

Whereas the Pangu site has links to:
25PP windows 1.2.1 and MEGA windows 1.2.1
Again, what is the difference and which one do I want?

I'm going to jailbreak my iphone 4S as a trial before my Ipad mini

The most current version of the PanGu Jailbreak tool is version 1.2.1.

When you go to the PanGu website (http://en.pangu.io/), click on the link for your operating system. See this for what I mean:

The other sites listed further down are mirror sites where can also get the tool. But, just ignore that and click on one of the two links I've highlighted. Good luck.
