Why does the iPad forum app keep wanting me to install and it's already installed

Every time I come to this forum, it tries to make me download the iPad forum app. I already shave the app installed, so I don't know how to make it stop offering to install it.

Hi there..we have been having some issues with this and have recommended to quit the app. Force the app to quit by pushing the home button twice to bring up your multi-task bar. This will show all the apps that you have visited. By long pressing the app in question, it will begin to jiggle-press the red circle with the negative sign on the app. It will only quit the app and not delete. Than try to re-open the app and test out.

Also, if that doesn't work....try deleting the IPF app than reinstalling it. Let us know your outcome!
