Please help, when downloading rentals sometimes only some of the film downloads and the transfers to the video section, then when u try and play it freezes and the only way to see the film is delete and re rent. It started happening only once in a while but now more and more frequent
It's costing me a fortune, have tried all the resets etc, new os etc. Could it be my Internet. What makes the itune download move to the video app before the entire file is downloaded please
