Wifi help?

I have Comcast and it puts out 2.4 and 5.0 on my wifi. All of a sudden nothing works on 2.4
For my phone and iPad but both work on 5.0, my wife's phone works on 2.4 though any ideas?
restarted my modem and now it works! Still can't figure out why my wife's worked and my phone, iPad and pc wouldn't!

It's not uncommon for some devices to periodically have problems connecting to a WiFi router while others have no problem at all. As you've discovered, resetting the router almost always solves the problem.
