I know this has been brought up before but this example is ridiculous. Parked my RV about 40' from a friends house. Opened laptop, connected to his router. Turned on wifi for iPad 3 and it can't even see it. Go sit on deck, weak signal and tried to connect and it wouldn't. Go inside and it connects but signal is weak and it keeps disconnecting while trying to download two 500M files. Go downstairs and set it next to the router and it finishes the downloads. I love my iPad but the wifi antenna is really bad.
