Will Apple honor black Friday sale?

I believe if you buy any iPad Air you get a $75 Apple gift card. Do you think Apple would honor that since I purchased mine not too long ago, I'm still in the return period. Instead of returning my iPad then buying another one, just to get the $75 gift card, would they just give it to me?.Has anyone been to an Apple store to try this or is the gift card only online?

You can always try....BTW, today is black Friday so I doubt anyone has been to the store by 5:38AM. You can be the one to find out.
