Will new iPhone sync with existing iPad apps in my iTunes?

I have an iPad2 with numerous apps and podcast subscriptions. Today I will get a new iPhone. I already have iTunes loaded on my PC so am wondering if iTunes is going to put these apps onto iPhone? If not, how can I get iTunes to do this for individual apps I want to share (some are iPhone apps already that I run on the iPad).

Its upto you, you setup sync settings for each device. You can choose to sync all your apps (only compatible apps will sync with the iphone, no ipad only apps obviously), or you can choose to only sync certain apps.

Yeah, but remember to use the same apple id on both devices. Works like a charm.
