Will the snap on IPAD2 cases fit?

I found this one for $3, and saw similar ones for $1 on Amazon, im guessing its been dropped in price because it wont fit the new ones, but just making sure.

I like my original Ipad 1 cover--light, thin, works well though not stylish LOL. I'm trying to find a cover that works similarly for 3 since I carry mine in Rickshaw Ipad bag so just need front and back covered. I have a Dodo case too which I don't use but don't think it fits 2 nor 3. I often carry the BT keyboard also in a very thin slipcover.
