If we have one i-pad with films on that we have downloaded to watch on a plane, can we both use wireless headphones to watch the film togeter please ?

Only one pair of Bluetooth headphones can be used with your iPad at any one time. Your best solution may be to use a splitter in the headphone jack to allow both of you to listen at the same time with regular headphones.

Hello and welcome to the forum! :) Agree w/ Scifan.. - I own a stereo headphone splitter like the one shown below (first pic) - of course, requires 2 cabled headsets (but even cheap ear buds will work).

Now, there are some BT (Bluetooth) options that I've not explored, but took a look on Amazon and saw one of several devices (like the second pic below) - cable the transmitter to your iPad, then several sets of wireless headphones can connect - I have no experience in using this device, so not a recommendation.

Good luck and let us know if you do find a BT option - others may be interested. Dave

It's worth pointing out that the model that Dave showed is the exact model for this application.

Others, with an extra contact at the male end, are for microphone/headphone use and will not work with two pairs of headphones.
