Won my iPad2, how do i register it for warranty repair????

I won my iPad2 through my work so i dont have a receipt, i created an apple account but how do they verify warranty if i dont have a receipt showing purchase? just say i have an issue with it 60 days from now??? help

i just have an email from the place i won it from saying i won it. should i call them and see if they can send any kind of documentation ? or just call apple and ask them?
