Won't accept any passwords

Anyone know why no passwords for any sites aren't being recognized, once I've entered it, it just refreshes the same page?? Ipad2

that happened to me too, until I realized that the iPad automatically shifted to capitalize the first letter of the password I was entering - which made the password wrong.

Another reason I turned all that stuff off. At least my mistakes are my own now.
