I am trying to install a free kids game. It comes up on the screen and just sits there and says installing for days and it never installs

Whatever "it" is, it may require a different version of iOS. Do you have iOS 5 or iOS 6?

You might try deleting it while in the stalled "installing" state. Then restart the install.

It won't delete. Any suggestions? After it acts like it is installing it on mt iPad grated out and says waiting......

Have you tried deleting it and re-downloading it?
