xbox live app, issues signing in.

Hi, I have just downloaded the Xbox live app but I am experiencing problems when trying to sign in. Whenever I do I get a message up saying 'You can't get there from here

Seems rather odd as its an app designed for a mobile device, anyone else had this problem?
