I receive you tube instructional videos each week. A few days ago I tried
to open one and it just says error in loading. Don't know where to start
to resolve this. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hi Grandy, sometimes the usual "immediate fixes, helps to sort things out on your iPad. Not sure what you have done yet, but try the following below...

Have you tried to do the following?

1. Force the app to close?
2. Try to restart your iPad?
3. Try to do a reset?

You can try this in order, if an app becomes misbehaves...

Force the app to close down*by pushing the home button twice or by doing a 4-finger swipe to bring up your multi-task bar. This will show all the apps that you have visited. Press the app, until it begins to shake. Close out the apps by pressing the red circle in each app. It will only quit the app and not delete. Than try to re-open the app and test out.

If that doesn't work, restart the iPad by pressing the power switch down to power off.

Third is to do a reset by holding the power switch and home button together until you see the apple logo. Hope that helps!

Being a new user, I had not tried anything. But thanks to your help
it's now working again. I usually have the step by step instructions
playing in my shop while working on my wood projects. Sure have
missed it the past few days.
Thanks again, Grandy

Alright, great to hear it worked for you!! :)

Not sure if I should start another thread or not. But when I go to the
App page for up dates it ask for my password. Every time it says incorrect
and I have to reset it. I reset and receive confirmation of reset and 5 minutes
later, the sane thing. Can't count the times I've done this. Any advice please?

Have you checked if you have any apps 'waiting'? Perhaps in newsstand or other folders? Sometimes this causes the App Store to constantly ask for the password. You can try to delete these apps and re-download them again.

Grandy...are you saying that you have repeatedly changed your password? Is that what you are doing?

Try to log out of the App Store and then log back in. See if that helps.

Every time I'm ask for my password, it says incorrect.
Then I have to reset it. But for some reason it does it
again the next time. That's why I keep having to reset.
I appreciate all advice and help.
