Youtube on iPad

Is there some advantage to using the dedicated Youtube viewer on the iPad rather than just doing it through Safari?

I don't think so. The Direct application is only for those don't feel conferable with browsing the net. In other words it is for the less sophisticated ones. Same goes for TED . It is nice to use the TED application, but it is much much netter to go to TED: Ideas worth spreading and start from there

The YouTube app is pretty nice. Just easy to navigate and also reduces quality when your on a slow connection. The safari one is nice also...
