Nope. Sorry, you'll have to use the new google youtube app, or a third party app such as youplayer.
Or (my favorite solution) m.youtube.com

The old YouTube app that was a feature of iOS 5.1.1 and earlier was never available as a separate app, but was always an integrated part of iOS. You'll have to use the new YouTube app or one of the many YouTube players available in the AppStore, such as Jasmine and YouPlayer.
