Any App recommended to manage ZIP files?

Maybe iUnarchive although I believe that there may be a free or less expensive solution. I don't have this app so read the reviews before spending any money on it.

Although I've not used this particular function, I understand that the Goodreader app ($4.99, USD) can unzip .zip files. Oh, and it can also zip up files.

One of it's many, many features.
