Am in need of help. I have to download some pictures that are in a zip file...but then I need to save or be able to copy the files so that I can put them into my Pages App.

Can you understand? Am I making any sense?

When you say that you "downloaded" do you mean you received a zip file via your iPad's Mail App or something else?

If the file is on your iPad you can use the GoodReader App (available in the App Store) to open and view the contents, and then you can copy/paste them in to Pages, etc.

There are also apps specifically designed to deal with Zip files. Use the Google search field in the upper right-hand corner of this page to find them.

I actually downloaded a image file that was zipped...I don't really ant to pay any money for a app...

There is a free program in the App Store called iZip that sounds like it will unzip a file from email

Well, GoodReader is just a $5 app and offers MUCH more that the needs you request - felt by many to be a MUST app for the iPad - just saying - if interested, take a look HERE for further information - good luck in whatever option(s) you select and will work for your needs -
