Welcome , your location and also address are important. One assumes you are in the correct itunes store. If the issue continues contact iTunes support. Provide them with your IP address and Australian registration details. I suggest signing out of the iTunes account then sign back in also do a soft reset. Ie on/off key and home key held down until white Apple logo appears. The worst case would be to create a brand new account Australian address, gmail.email or alternative with .com.au and Australian credit card

Just noticed Leelai, responded at same time.... Lol. Yes remove the App and download it again...and yes we have 2 administrators in Australia both live in Brisbane with in 10 k of each other. It's a small world.....
