Mrs. has an air 2
At location settings==>storage==>photo
There is storage figure 535m
I've removed all photos, yet that block persists...
It would be handy to reclaim that storage
The gizmo has minimal space to start with
There is also some sort of ghost data at the browser..
I'll deal with that later...

I'd really like to get that 535 back for her...

Storage is usually expressed in GBs. Once you have deleted the photos, you may need to restart the iPad for it to register the correct space available.

I'll give it another go after lights out tonight...
The readout is definitely 535.7 m...
Down to 201m storage left...
If I can't find a utility...
Ummmm....
I guess I can do a reset
And
Then she can reinstall her few apps...
I'm an old mikeysoft Unix Linux programmer admin...
Hence, control is just a bit more granular...
She loves her iPad apps

I'm not sure what OS version you are on, so this may not apply.

When you delete photos in Photos, they go to a recently deleted album, and hang out there for about 30 days (by default). Check and make sure you've deleted everthing from that album (if it exists).
