Need TSRR Interface from Sound Board to iPAD

I am looking for an interface cable/box etc that will go from an output on an soundboard into an iPad directly to record meetings as they happen and preferably the best sound tool that makes it easy for the user to publish them to a web or email within 24 hours of the event. I was going to use either evernote or supernote and have her email the files to herself but before I can do that I need to find a way to get the sound from the mixer into the ipad.

I know that Appogee has something but was trying to find something quicker and a bit cheaper heck just a 1/4" to 3.5mm TSRR type plug might work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
