Hello all
I am unable to get sound on streaming video. Also the video stream moves like it is in slow motion. The sound stays on for a few minutes and then no sound but the slow motion continues.

Can anyone help please?

Sounds like an internet speed issue.

I would say that this is an Internet speed problem also.
