After update to iso 7 problem with syncing

Hi, since updating to Iso 7 on my iPad when I go to iCloud on my pc, and Open contacts it is only me that is in there, and all the rest of my contacts are missing.

Also when I open email in the cloud , it opens but nothing is there.

My notepad is there with everything in it.

Also my calendar is there which is ok with everything in it.

I have tried resetting my networks settings, no luck though.
Anybody got any ideas. ?

Make sure you meet the system requirements for iCloud:
Internet Explorer 9 or later, Firefox 22 or later, or Google Chrome 28 (desktop mode only) or later (Support Apple)
The browser should be up to date.

Also, clear history in the browser you're using and try accessing your emails again.
