I just bought a used iPad and iTunes won't let my download or purchase any apps for it. Nor can I get any more apps for my iPhone. So in other words, iTunes has blocked me.
It says "My account has been accessed from a new computer or device, and you must verify your payment information before you can make purchases."
I verify all my information and then it says Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction.
Has this happened to anybody else who has bought a used iPad??
This probably happened because I tried to get some apps from the App Store before I completely reset and restored the iPad. So stupid!
