"buy the best you can afford".. really good.
As a photographer with tons of pics to show to my clients, I think I'm gonna be constantly filling and then asking or even wishing for more capacity.

That was a good choice. I have the 32GB as well, and still have plenty of storage left on it, after syncing my music and apps., from my iPhone 4.
