2 Ipads - do I need 2 Itunes accounts or just 1?

My wife and I both got Ipad 2's for Christmas and I am confused with the Itunes set up. Some have told us to operate under one Itunes account to share apps and some have told us to have individual Itunes accounts for Icloud purposes. If I set up 2 Itunes accounts on different computers, would be still be able to share apps? Any insight is greatly appreciated.

You can't share apps between between 2 iPad accounts (not easily anyway). It is easy to set up the iPads with one account but set them up differently for each user.

And you can still have differen't iCloud accounts to keep your other stuff separate if you like; while keeping the same iTunes account to share apps and content.
