Apple Arcade Levels Up: New Katamari, Space Invaders, and More Arrive This April​

Apple Arcade is bringing an exciting lineup of six new games in April, headlined by beloved franchises Katamari and Space Invaders. Starting next month, subscribers can enjoy fresh titles and classic favorites without any ads or in-app purchases.

Highlights of April’s Releases:​

  • Katamari Damacy: Live Stream by Bandai Namco introduces an innovative twist on the classic gameplay. Players roll the iconic Katamari as directed by the King of All Cosmos, creating stars while live-streaming to gain in-game followers and unlock new dynamic stages.
  • Space Invaders Infinity Gene Evolve offers a modern twist on the iconic arcade shooter, transitioning from classic 2D gameplay to an immersive 3D experience. Players will unlock powerful ships inspired by other TAITO classics, including Darius and RayStorm.
  • puffies. from Lykke Studios reimagines jigsaw puzzles with the nostalgic charm of collectible puffy stickers, delivering a relaxing puzzle-solving experience enhanced for iOS.
  • RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic+ combines fan-favorite elements from RollerCoaster Tycoon and RollerCoaster Tycoon 2, allowing players to construct and manage the theme park of their dreams right from their iPhone or iPad.
  • The Game of Life 2+ expands upon Hasbro’s classic board game, offering players more paths, choices, and adventures. Apple Arcade subscribers can exclusively enjoy new content and special features in this digital sequel.
  • Sesame Street Mecha Builders+ introduces young players to STEM concepts through playful, interactive adventures featuring Mecha Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Abby Cadabby. This educational game blends creativity and learning seamlessly for younger users.
In addition to the new games, popular existing titles including NBA 2K25 Arcade Edition, PGA TOUR Pro Golf, and Skate City: New York will receive significant updates, adding new characters, challenges, and experiences.

Apple Arcade subscriptions are available at $6.99 per month, with a one-month free trial for new subscribers. Players purchasing a new Apple device can enjoy additional trial benefits, and families can share one subscription among up to six members. All these games are playable across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro.
