2 million iPads in July

With more intros planned, Apple has ramped up and added vendors to kick out 2M iPads this month. Most will be 3G models despite the fact that the first quarter sales were higher for the wifi. I would assume that they are seeing a decrease in people buying the wifi models when they have more than one option for carriers.

Crap, that's a lot of ipads. I had feeling they would sell a lot, but what, it's over 3 million already? And still very high in demand. Wow.

Gotta wonder how quality control might be affected. I know a few friends who have received theirs in the past few weeks with hardware problems... Unresponsive screens and a faulty power button.
