Did Apple Make IPad &Slap address label on back?

I’m looking at a refurbished IPad to have as a back up.
Has anyone seen this? Looks like Hunnicut or Hawkeye
Slapped bandage on back of iPad.

Looks like one of the early generation iPads. Some of the early cellular models had this plastic piece as a window for the antennas. The later models integrated the antenna with the case. You can tell by the small plastic dividers along the edges.

Sorry, can remember exactly which models, but probably before the 5th gen iPad.
