For many of the devices, not for all of them, it seems.

It seems as if they're releasing the modified iOS 9.3 updates for various devices as they're completed.

You're right. Every time I look at the status site, there are a few more with 9.3 available.

I updated my iPad 2 on Thursday when I got it. It updated to 9.3 thru iTunes from 4.3 and then said it has an update available to 9.3.1 about 25 minutes later. So far it is working like a champion like all Apple products do.

Yep, there have been complaints about iOS 9.3 regarding URL connections & crashes - plenty of hits available on the web, just one HERE - seems that 9.3.1 has helped. Dave
