A site for sore eyes!

Hi everyone,
I have been "lurking" for a few days on this brilliant forum and have now decided to join.
The reason for my reticence is the amount of time I will have to devote to it!
I really will be getting sore eyes!
I am a retired Headteacher (school Principal) with several hobbies, all of which are supported by the iPad. The original reason for buying it was to have a method of viewing photographs as that is one of my main pursuits. Since buying it I have found lots of other uses (I'm up to 215 apps).
I live in the U.K. but at the moment I'm visiting son and family (new baby last week) in the US.
I look forward to many informative and entertaining threads in the future.
Regards
Denny

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

Hope to hear from you soon with your thoughts about the iPad.

Have fun and enjoy your iPad

If you don’t already have it you can download a copy of the iPad manual for free.
