I keep getting this message ...

Do any of you know how to get Abode Flash Player on Apple iPad 2 please ?

I need it for my university homework researching papers.

iPad doesn't have flash and never will. I'm sorry but you will have to use a laptop or other mobile for that.

Apple has never allowed Flash on iOS devices and Adobe itself has stopped all development of Flash for mobile devices. This thread explains things quite clearly. It also mentions some available workarounds.http://www.ipadforums.net/new-member-introductions-site-assistance/54704-flash-ipad.html
