Access data thru 3G while WiFi is turned on

Is there any way to make Safari and email default to 3G instead of WiFi?
My only internet connection is thru 3G, so if I want to print I have to keep turning the WiFi on and off.
I'd like to be able to have both WiFi and 3G turned on at the same time, but have Safari and email only work thru the 3G connection.
