Acrobat Flash Player

I have had my iPad for a couple of months so I am really a novice. I find not being able to use Acrobat Flash a real pain. Will I be able to use it if I jailbreak my Pad?

No. Flash is no longer offered by Adobe for mobile devices.

Unfortunately, jail breaking will not help you in using Flash either. The only thing that was being worked on has been abandoned for quite a while now. So, stock or jail broke - no Flash on the iPad.
