Adding email addresses to Contacts

Is there any quick way of adding email addresses to Contacts without hand typing them in? Suppose I am reading an email. I'd like to be able to add the From address to my contacts at the click of a button. This is apparently impossible in iPad.

Of course it is possible.
When you read an email, tap the name of the sender. Then this will appear:




Here you may choose what to do with the email address/sender's information.
