Adding fb contacts to Skype

How do I add my fb contacts to the Skype app. I cant seem to figure it out.

Have you set up Skype and created an account?

Once you signup and have loaded the app. Go to contacts, do your friends or family have Skype? You will see the Lists tab which will take you to contacts. If you press the + sign in the top right corner, you can search the directory. Also make sure your notifications are on. Settings - Skype and activate here and also Settings - Notifications - Skype. Do your FB friend have Skype also?
