You have to collect items for the Great Seal collection...you get them from neighbors Halloween shops, cemeteries, pumpkin patches, or from your own when you collect income. When I visited neighbors, I clicked on every Halloween Shop I could find and over time collected the items needed for the Great Seal which has the cemetery as a reward.

The problem is, that for 2 weeks, when i visit neighbors, i can not get items from their airports. each time, i have a massage saying "daily limit reached"

I just added you and will send a shredder when you accept. Try posting on the Airport City Trading Centre thread as well - you may get a better response. Do you have a grinding machine to gift? If not, a beacon, navigation module or passengers would be great!
