An Easy Way to Combine Calendar Notes for Emailing?

My son-in-law has a new iPad 2 and records business contacts results daily into his appointment calendar. He needs to report this information weekly via email. Is there an easy way to combine calendar info into an email? He is currently using copy and paste for each entry. Thank you for suggestions and considerations.
