Any iOS 4 app to play sound on, or to lock, a lost iPad?

Now that MobileMe is closed, it sends me to iCloud to locate my missing iPad (which is running iOS 4, not 5). But I see no way to remotely play a sound on the iPad (to help locate it), nor lock it, nor wipe it clean. These used to be features of MobileMe.

If I don't upgrade the iPad to iOS 5, is there any way to use these features?
Any other app besides iCloud that can do this in iOS 4?
Even if I *do* upgrade to iOS 5, do these features still exist on iCloud?

I've always used the Find iPhone app, and it works just the same now as when MobileMe was functioning. The app lets you send a sound or message, as well as remote lock or wipe.
