I thought that this would be the perfect case but I give it a 4 out of 5 because of the way it closes. This could have been the perfect use of the magnets, both on the right and left. Instead they chose to use "clips" that are extremely tight and although I'm sure that they will loosen in time, they'll probably become too loose. Time will tell. (The clips are used on the right to close the top and on the left for setting the ipad in "view positions".)
