I used to be that way but I find if I am "unplugged" a few hours before bed I sleep much better through the night.. if I am logged on it wakes me up and I don't sleep as well at all. it makes a HUGE difference.
Bummer, but best to do what works with your body. Sleep is key to health, so it's not risking for screen time if your body doesn't like it.
I can wake, use any phone or tablet for a few minutes and go right back to sleep. The only prob is wishing days were longer, so there'd be more time to play, lol.
