App for building client profiles

Hi All

I am a personal trainer and run my own studio.

I need an app that allows me to build a client profile.

Example

Interests
Fitness level
Picture
training programs thus far
address

Basically a very customizable address book of sorts

Almost like my own personal facebook database for each client.

I know something like this exists cause they showed it to me when I bought the iPad..........but I can remember the name of it now.

i like ContactsXL.

I make a group for my business contacts and you can customize it to your liking including pics, etc. it will sync though with your regular contacts, but if you have your business contacts grouped together it's not really an issue.

In my suggestion Microsoft partner is useful for this purposes in which we are save all the details likes names, address mobiles phones etc of the customers.
