App for creating an office message board?

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone knew if an app that I can put on all of our in-office ipads (about 15 or so) so that all of our staff can login and create message board posts, almost like a forum. I know there are many websites to do this, but was really looking for something private and localized. Anyone have any thoughts?

setup a local web server in the office, then put up whatever forum/message board you want. Only allow access from people at the office on the office network and dont make the site accessible from the web.


This can all be setup for free and in a short period of time (hour or two)
